1: Ordering
Orders can be placed with Davis Access platforms via the following means:

All orders placed with Davis Access Platforms should contain a part description, part number, quantity required plus the delivery address in full. A contact name and telephone number should also be provided. Our aim at Davis Access Platforms is to ensure a smooth and responsive ordering process, to assist we have a standard fax order form plus an e-mail version, please do get in touch should you wish to receive copies of these forms.

If the part you require is not listed in our parts brochure or controller book, please do contact a member of our sales team as parts can be sourced via special order. Orders can only be cancelled whilst parts remain within the confines of the Davis Access Warehouse, with the exception being special orders where charges may be incurred.

2: Delivery
Orders placed by 16.00hrs Monday to Friday for parts in stock will be despatched the same day, (with the exception of special orders) via our courier and are shipped with a fully track-able service. Orders can be sent via Royal Mail at the customer’s request, Davis access Platforms cannot be held responsible for any loss of parts sent via this postal system and offers no guarantee of delivery.

3: Returns
Damages, short deliveries or wrongly ordered parts must be notified to Davis Access Platforms within 3 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be authorised by Davis Access Platforms and a returns note and number obtained prior to the return of goods.

Failure to return goods without the correct Davis Access Platforms paperwork and authorisation, will result in the goods being rejected and charges for such items will remain in force and due for payment. Replacement parts are available subject to stock, whilst “special” ordered parts will also have a handling charge levied. Please call for our full list of Terms and Conditions.
